Terms of use

This website is operated by Royal Cipher Records (PTY) LTD, trading as Royal Cipher Group, South Africa.

Some features — bookings, tickets, orders and digital purchases — require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Your account shows only your own information.

Submitting a booking request or enquiry does not confirm a booking. The team reviews each request and responds with a confirmation or a quote. Starting prices shown are a guide; final pricing depends on the project.

Event details, ticket categories and any event-specific terms are displayed with each event once it is published.

Digital downloads are for the purchasing account's personal use. Access is provided after payment is successfully confirmed.

Online payments, where offered, are processed by Paystack. Royal Cipher Group does not store your card details.
