Delivery

After payment is successfully confirmed, tickets appear in My Account → My Tickets with a QR code used for entry. Nothing is posted.

Digital access and downloads become available in My Account → My Music after successful payment and confirmation. Download links are private and expire after a short time; you can generate a new one from your account.

Services are delivered as agreed in your confirmed booking. Timelines depend on the project and are confirmed by the team.

No physical products are currently sold. Delivery terms will be published if that changes.
