Refunds & cancellations

Event-specific cancellation and refund terms are displayed with the relevant event when it is published. Refunded tickets are cancelled and can no longer be used for entry.

A booking request is not confirmed until the team confirms it. Cancellation, deposit and payment terms for a confirmed booking are agreed with you as part of the quote or confirmation.

Because digital products give access to downloadable files, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is issued, access to the related download is removed.

Checkouts that are not paid within the payment window expire automatically. No tickets or downloads are issued for expired or failed payments.
